Post-curing with PCU LED N2
Pioneering technology

The post-curing of additive manufactured components is a fundamental step! This is the only way mechanics and biocompatibility can be achieved on the long run. Depending on the application, two different options are available. PCU LED N2 polymerizes laboratory products under vacuum. The additionally eligible nitrogen environment provides cured components without an inhibition layer for medical products.

3D Printing

The pace of life is increasingly becoming faster along with the growth of new innovations, such as the use of 3D printers. Dreve America has invested in the most precise 3D printers in order to produce the highest quality dental surgical guides, dental models and custom trays. Our printed dental parts allow for the dentist to perform surgeries with extreme accuracy and saves time for both the dentist and the patient.

With an enormous effort of the in-house department of Research and Development, Dreve was able to implement all the measures necessary to allow the smooth and trouble-free process of rapid manufacturing. An important prerequisite was to recognize the production of the quantities demanded by the dental market at an acceptable price per unit, along with absolute top-level precision as expected by dental technicians. The DLP projector system, along with the high quality resins used, allows for manufacturing with the highest precision and attention to detail.
